Governor of Prince Edward Island, Her Excellency Barbara Hagerman, along with Deputy Commissioner East, Steve Graham and Commanding Officer, "L" Division, C/Supt. Tracy Hardy.Assisted by C/Supt. Micahel O'Neil (Retired), President Elect of the PEI Division of the Veterans' Association, C/Supt. Hardy presented PSE Irene MacDonald with her scroll for 45 years of dedicated service.
