The 2011 Presidents' Dinner
This inaugural Presidents' Dinner was held at the Culinary Institute of Canada (PEI) at the Holland College Campus on Sydney Street in Charlottetown. Those who attended applauded the Chef's works of art in presentation and flavour. Our Maitre d' for the evening and Wait Staff were super efficient and everything flowed wonderfully.
After a brief welcoming from the President (Mike O'Neil), Chaplain Judy Parsons offered a Thanksgiving. Kelly MacCallum led the group in the "Loyal Toast" and Frank Graham gave the "Toast to the Force". The Commanding Officer, "L" Division (C/Supt. Tracy Hardy) was able to join us and responded to the "Toast to the Force".
